We exist where few coaches do: the grey space where client autonomy, macros, intuitive eating, aesthetic-driven goals, and body positivity and neutrality coalesce.
We firmly believe that health, wellness, and fitness are for everybody regardless of their goals or identity.
Our client-centered approach to coaching comingles movement, nutrition, mindset, mental health, compassion, and education so that you can finally start to live the way you desire and take those lessons with you for life.
Our Head Coach.
Hi, I’m Brittney (she/her), a certified personal trainer, powerlifting instructor, nutrition coach, strength athlete, & owner of Mighty Strong Coaching.
After years of struggling with nutrition and exercise and feeling totally out of place in health & fitness, I stumbled into strength training, started making peace with my body, & discovered a passion for helping others do the same.
I’m full of coffee, anxiety, and existential dread. When I’m not lifting or coaching I can be found hanging out with my partner and our rescue pittie, R2, reading, gaming, studying, hiking, or, most likely, screaming into the void.

Our Support Droid.
Mighty Strong couldn’t be what it is today without our incredible rescue pocket-pittie & support droid, R2.
She is an integral part of our life & team and is there for every coaching call, programming session, and client check-in.
When she isn’t busy supporting our head coach & cheering on clients, she can be found hardcore snuggling, chasing birds and bunnies in the backyard, and patiently waiting for someone to share a snack with her.

We respect pronouns and believe BIPOC, queer, & trans lives matter. We actively work to educate ourselves on & undo the systemic oppression that causes so much harm to marginalized folks.
Intentional bias (racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc) will absolutely not be tolerated here. These types of intentionally discriminatory statements will result in immediate cancellation of service without a refund. Prorated funds will be donated directly to the communities harmed.
Many of us are working to undo unconscious bias and we believe in people’s ability to learn and change. There may be times when biases unintentionally surface and we welcome the opportunity to discuss and grow together!
